Theatre. A new comedy, by the author of The West Indian,
acted but once. By authority. By the American Company, at
the theatre in Southwark, this evening, January the 20th, a
new comedy called
The Shipwreck, or, The Brothers;
Young Belfield by Mr. Hallam, Belfield by Mr. Henry, Capt.
Ironsides by Mr. Goodman, Sir Benjamin Dove by Mr. Morris,
Paterson by Mr. Byerley, Skiff by Mr. Woolls, Old Goodwin
by Mr. Douglass, Philip by Mr. Wall, Jonathan by Mr.
Parker, Francis by Mr. Johnston, Sailors by Messrs.
Parker, Roberts, &c. &c. Lady Dove by Mrs. Morris, Violetta
by Mrs. Henry, Lucy Waters by Miss Richardson, Kitty by
Mrs. Harman, Fanny by Mrs. Wall, Sophia by Miss Storer.
After the play a hornpipe by Monsieur Francis, from the
theatre in Amsterdam.
To which will be added,
The Buck, or, The Englishman in Paris.
Tickets, without which no person can be admitted, are sold
at the bar of the coffee-house. Boxes 7s. 6d. Pit 5s.
Gallery 3s.
The doors to be opened at four, and the play to begin
exactly at six o'clock. . . .
