We learn from Pittsylvania that there is now living in that county one Mrs. Smith, in the 109th year of her age, formerly of James City county: She lately danced at a wedding, and sung a song of thirteen verses distinctly, which she learnt at nine years old. She mounts a horse with great agility, goes to mill, fords a river 200 yards broad, and labours for subsistence. |
