In Committee of Safety, February 23. . . The Associators who
have subscribed the articles of association, and they only,
and belong to the second battalion of this city, are hereby
desired to attend next Monday the 26th instant, at the beat
of drum on their respective parades, to march out in
companies, and join in battalions on the accustomed general
parade, by two o'clock
in the afternoon. . . [5 lines]
If the weather should prove unfavourable the field drum
shall not beat. in which case the meeting will be deferred
to the next fair day. . .
