Two Hundred Dollars Reward. Deserted from Middletown,
Lancaster county, the following soldiers, viz.
John Hoffman, Serjeant, 34 years old, well mad, dark
complexion, says he was born in Pennsylvania, 5 feet 8
inches high, speaks Dutch and English well, is very fond of
dancing, and a great horse jockey; . . .
Abraham Kepler, about 40 years old, has a family up Juniata
River, is a fidler, and one of his cheeks is very red.
