John Ross, Musician, Begs leave to inform the musical gentry
of Philadelphia, the he wishes to teach the Hautboy and
German Flute in the city during the present season and
ensuing winter. He has performed with eclat at Raneleigh,
and the Theatre Royal in Dublin; likewise with acknowledged
merit in Cork and Limerick. Such gentlemen as are pleased
to countenance him with their commands may be assured of
punctual attendance at their own time and place.
Said Ross will be happy to furnish the ladies and gentlemen
of Philadelphia with the most favourite Airs, Songs,
Marches, Minuets, and Country Dances now performed in the
European beau monde, set either for the Guittar, German
Flute or Hautboy. He may be spoken with at Mr. Ling's, at
the Red Lion Tavern in Vine-Street.
