Alexander Quesnay, informs the public, that no public play
will be exhibited at the Theatre in Southwark, on Friday
evening, nor any exhibition made contrary to law; nor will
any tickets be sold for the same.
Mr. Quesnay begs the public will pardon his mistake in last
Saturday's paper, as he was a stranger to the laws of the
State, and was also mistaken with respect to the soldiery;
as he meant to afford some relief to the unfortunate
American Prisoners now suffering in New-York.
