London, Sept. 25. Great preparations are actually making at
Vienna, for the reception of the grand duke and duches of
Russia, who are shortly expected in that capital.
. . . Count Brigido, President of the Regency of Austrian
Poland, has been already appointed to receive their
highnesses on the frontiers; that is to keep open table, and
to entertain them with balls, concerts, and plays; for which
purposes a company has been engaged, and is to travel in the
suit of the count to Vienna.
