London, May 26. THE GRAND STORMONT BREAKFAST.
Lord Viscount Stormont, in compliment to the illustrious
French visitors, gave on Sunday last, one of the most
elegant entertainments ever seen in this country. . .
About 11 o'clock the company began to assemble, although his
Royal Highness the Prince of Wales did not arrive till half
after 2 o'clock. His arrival was announced by the ringing
of a bell, and was received by the company with every mark
of respect. . .
At three the dances commenced on the verdant mead. His
highness danced with a foreign lady, and at four the company
departed. Two bands of music belonging to the guards
attended. The one performing in the park and the other in
the house. . .
