For the benefit of Mrs. Tomlinson, (who performed during the
last winter, and begs the indulgence of the public for one
night.)
On Monday, being June 8, 1778, at the Theatre-Royal, in John
Street, will be presented a comedy, called
She Stoops to Conquer; or, The mistakes of a Night.
Written by the late ingenuous Dr. Goldsmith.
To which will be added, a farce, called
The King and the Miller of Mansfield.
In which will be introduced a Song.
The doors to be opened at half after Five, and the
performance to begin at Seven o'clock.
* * * Tickets to be had at Rivington's, Gaine's and Mills
and Hicks's Printing-Offices, both Coffee-Houses, and at
Marshall's tavern.
