[London]  A correspondent says, that sometimes he considers
the siege of Gibraltar as a grand theatrical exhibition, of
which General Elliot is the Manager, his brave garrison the
several actors in every scene, his artillery the music, the
world, the spectators, and the besiegers only a parcel of
rioters, who in vain attempt to gain admission without money
or orders.
