The following late publications, &c. may be had of James
Rivington as soon as they are landed.
MUSIC and INSTRUMENTS
Variety of guittars, violins, German and common flutes with
cases or covers for each, strings for fiddles, violincellos,
and guittars, crow quills for harpsichords, bridges and
mutes for violins, mouth pieces for German flutes, rosin
boxes, ruling pens for musick, fiddle bows or sticks and
pegs, hautboy and bassoon reeds with and without cases,
musick paper of all sorts ruled, packs of cards containing
the figures and musick for a great number of cotillons and
country dances, tutors or instruments [instructions?] for
the German flute, fiddle, guitar, violincello, bassoon, and
fife, volumes of minuet, country dance, and cotillon books,
a great number of single songs adapted to the various
humours and affections of the mind, and among a fine choice
from the first masters in Europe the following compositions,
viz. Campioni, Bach, Heyden, Kammel, Corelli, Handel,
Weideman, Giordani, Fioro, Tacet, Reid, McGibbons, and
Graafs, with the following operas, &c. the Duenna, Padlock,
Deserter, Maid of the Oaks, Love in a Village, Cymon,
Artaxerxes, the Sylphs, Lionel and Clarissa, Elfrida, the
Jubilee, Maid of the Mill, Beggars Opera, &c. &c.
