On the 3d of August last, Mr. Coventry presented a donation
of 10,000 l. in favour of Mr. Hetherington's Charity, for
the Blind, now under the Government of the President, &c. of
Christ's Hospital.--The latter Gentlemen, at the first
Institution, gave 20,900 L. Sterling.
Of Virtue, 'tis by virtuous men agreed,
Motives may take much merit from the deed:
That partial passions all our acts pervade,
