The following Lines are extracted from a much admired Poem,
called The Flames of Newgate.---A Female Angel being
dispatched by Jupiter to St. James's, with a List of a New
Ministry, the Author has expressed the Charms of the
Celestial Fair in the subsequent ingenious manner.
On her the loves, and all the graces wait,
As when the Cyprian Queen appears in state;
The whiteness of her breast, that sham'd the lilly.
Is only see in Heav'n and Piccadilly;
