Loosley, Brooklyn-Hall, gives this public notice, that since
his Failure, his accounts having been presented to those
indebted to the Estate, no notice taken of discharging them;
the Assignees having through their confidence, returned to
him the books, to collect, he (as the only method now left
to do justice to those concerned) intends having the whole
of the accounts properly attested, and laid before the
authority, unless they are immediately discharged.--Such a
disagreeable step will be totally repugnant to his desire,
and he sincerely hopes those concerned will not lay him
under the necessity.
N.B. He has for private sale, that elegant well-toned
Organ, which will be disposed of on reasonable terms.
Likewise a Billiard Table complete, with a quantity of
hoards, and a number of useful articles for a Family.
