Run away, the 1st September inst, a young mulatto fellow
named Frank, about 22 years of age, near six feet high,
speaks good English, and plays very well on the fiddle; had
on when he went away a white Negro cloth coat and a pair of
white Russia drab breeches.  He was caught about a month ago
near Pine-Tree-Creek and made his escape.  Whoever will
deliver him to the warden of the work-house or to me near
Murray's ferry shall receive a reward of twenty-five pounds. 
Samuel Gaillard.  The above fellow carried away with him a
gun and also a bay horse, about 13 1/2 hands high, branded
on one thigh with a double cross ++ joined, canters very
slow.  Whoever will deliver said horse shall receive five
pounds reward.
