Musick & Dancing. Mr. Abercromby acquaints the publick that
he continues to teach dancing at his boarding schools and
returns thanks to the parents and guardians of his pupils
and earnest solicitation of a number of his friends, he has
opened a publick dancing school at the play house where
attendance is given on Thursdays and Saturdays from 3
o'clock to 5 o'clock in the afternoon for children; and for
the convenience of gentlemen who cannot attend in the
daytime he proposes teaching on the same days from 6 to 8
o'clock in the evening. The guitar and violin taught at
private hours as usual. As he is greatly in want of guitars
for the accommodation of his scholars, he would gladly give
a good price for those instruments to such persons as may
have them to dispose of. He may be spoke with at his house
in Union Street, next door to Charles Pinckney, Esq.
