The anniversary of the St. Coecilia Society will be held on
Monday the 23rd instant, at Mr. Holliday's tavern, when all
the members are desired to attend precisely at 11 o'clock in
the forenoon for the purpose of electing new officers and
for other business of importance to the Society. A dinner
will be provided and be on the table at three o'clock, and
in the evening a concert will performed at Mr. Valk's long
room. N.B. There will be no concert before the anniversary.
It is hoped that those members who are still in arrears will
recollect the repeated notices they have had to discharge
the same. All who neglect to avail themselves of this
notice must be excluded at the anniversary, agreeable to the
6th rule of the Society. By the President, Vice President,
and Managers. November 7th, 1778. Alexander Inglis, Treas.
