On Monday night one of the archers who stood guard at the door of the playhouse, in ranging the coaches in order, received from a coachman, more passionate than wise, some strokes of a whip, upon which he presented his piece charged with three balls, and shot the coachman; he was carried alive to the hospital, but died the next day. |
