To be sold the house and lot Mrs. Logan, sen. lately lived
in, also a lot in Beauford Town, No. 76; any person
inclining to purchase, may treat with John Daniel, or Martha
Logan who lives in the said house, and designs to take young
ladies to board; and will (if desired) teach them reading,
and plain work by several sorts of fine works, very
reasonably; that she may take more particular care of the
instruction of her boarders, she will not take in above
twelve, and will cause them to be taught writing and dancing
