Whitehall, July 16. Since the accounts before publish'd of
the victory obtain's by his Majesty at Dettingen, the
following particulars of that action have been receiv'd . .
. [6 lines] Accordingly on Wednesday the 26th, upon several
motions which the French Army made to their left, orders
were given for the army to strike their tents at beating of
the Tattoo, to remain under arms 'till break of day, and
then march from the right. . .
