Whereas I intend to depart this province early in the next
spring, . . . [3 lines] I have to dispose of, at private
sale, a plantation. . . [4 lines] also my house and gardens
in the Broad-street, Charles-town, --several pieces of
useful and fashionable plate, two gold watches one chased
the other curiously enamelled, --a very good harpsichord,
and some good house slaves. Whoever is inclined to purchase
the whole or any part of the above particulars, may treat
with me or William George Freeman in Charles-town. . .
