This is to give public notice to the curious, That Mr.
Sturgess, lately from London, proposes to exhibit his
Equilibres on the Slack Wire, (which have given universal
satisfaction) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings,
every week, during his stay here. Amongst his performances,
will be several never before exhibited; and between them,
entertainments of Music and Singing.
Tickets for the pit at 30 sh., and for the gallery at 20 sh.
to be had at Mr. John Gordon's tavern, in whose Long-Room
the Equilibres are exhibited. The doors to be opened at 6
o'clock, and Mr. Sturgess begins precisely at seven.
