Mr. Valois, Dancing-Master, Intends to give a Ball on
Wednesday the 25th instant, at Mr. John Gordon's in Broad-
Street, beginning at six o'clock in the evening, and hopes
the ladies and gentlemen will be so kind as favour him with
their good company: He will open the Ball by a Minuet with
one of his scholars.-- Tickets to be had at his house in the
alley that leads from King-Street to Meeting-Street, next
door to the late Mr. Jeanes's, where is a direction over the
door; or of Mr. James Kirkwood, cabinet-maker in Broad-
Street, next door to Messrs. Da Costa and Farr's, at 30 s.
each, for a gentleman and lady.
N.B. The said Mr. Valois will continue to teach dancing and
French, every day and at any time; and for the better
conveniency of those who don't chuse to learn by the
quarter, he will give tickets as tis custom in England.
