The demands in this province and from some of the
neighbouring colonies for "The Extracts from the Proceedings
of the High Court of Vice-Admiralty, in Charles-town, South-
Carolina, " having far exceeded the number of books printed,
A Second Impression, . . . with some additional remarks, &c.
and a proper Appendix to the whole, will soon be made, and
published.

These lines are applied by Shakespeare to men whose souls
