Bon Mot. A nobleman was saying that he could not see of
what use the appointment of a Master of Ceremonies could
possibly be of to the Pantheon, as the company would
certainly be a strange sort of salmungundy kind of mixture,
and the major part a set of ungovernable Bears.-- "Oh! my
Lord, " (returned a great and amiable Duchess) "you do not
consider that the Master of Ceremonies is an Irishman, and
that he will make Bulls enough to keep the Bears in awe."
