Sir, 
You signified in the letter, which you was pleased to honour
me with, that you would rather have my opinion on the
Liberal Arts in the French Language than in the English; I
have therefore, agreeable to your desire, sent it to Mr.
Powell & Co. to be inserted in their paper.
