On Thursday last, Mr. Josiah Smith, jun. . . . returned from
Philadelphia, in the Brigt. Seanymph, Capt. Moore, . . . and
many other passengers: amongst the latter, Mr. David
Douglass, Manager of the American Company of Comedians, Mrs.
Douglass, Mr. Lewis Hallam, Miss Hallam, Miss Storer, Mr.
Henry, Mr. Wools, Miss Wainwright; the remainder of this
Company may be hourly expected in a sloop. The Theatre is
[in] such forwardness, that we are told, it may be finished
before Christmas.
