To be sold, at Mr. Pike's Long-Room, by public outcry, on
Tuesday the 12th day of July next, at eleven o'clock in the
forenoon, the remaining part of the effects of Mr. Thomas
Pike, consisting of three large chandeliers, a few globe
lamps and irons, two bath stoves and fenders, &c. &c. a
Spinnet, which could not be sold before, as he was under a
contract with the St. Coecilia Society, for the use of them.
Also, a share in the Library Society.
Likewise three tracts of land, containing two of two hundred
acres each, and one of fifty, joining each other, situated
near Ninety-Six, . . . [other terms of sale]
