Just imported . . . from London, by John Edwards, & Co. and
to be sold at their store in Tradd-street, a large
assortment of goods, among which are the following articles,
viz. six Italian riding chairs compleat, militia drums,
Oronoko and pigtail tobacco, blue jar raisins and fresh
currants, black pepper, . . . [6 lines] Roman and common
fiddle strings and silver bases, black and Hanover lace, . .
. [7 lines] Also a compleat assortment of thread and silk
hose; a large collection of books, among which are, Burn's
Justice; Every man his own Lawyer; Haweis's Sermons, and
ditto on the Sacrament; Fordyce's Sermons; Death of Abel;
