Umbrella Shop. Richard Burkloe, umbrella marer [sic], in
King-street, at the sign of the umbrella; takes this method
of informing the public, that he can supply the gentlemen
and ladies with umbrellas of a much better sort than any
that comes from Europe; he prepares his cases himself, to
suit the climate, and intends to give general satisfaction
to those who will favour him with their custom, both in
making and repairing.
[hand pointing right] He intends to open a singing school,
at the Baptist-Meeting-House, belonging to the Rev. Mr.
Oliver Hart, the terms are two nights in the week, and two
dollars per quarter, to begin on Monday the 2d of January
1769.
