Citation | SCGCJ.772.011 25 Feb 1772:13 (326) Paris, November 22. There is a girl now upon our theatre who is but 21 years of age, seven of which she served as a dragoon in the regiment of Belsunce. She killed one of her comrades in a duel, which affair she got the better of; but in a quarrel since she was wounded herself, which occasioned the discovery of her sex. She has been presented at Court, and it is said has had a small place given her in the King's stables. |
