To be let, by the subscriber, for three years, nine months,
or yearly, a tavern, in Halifax town, North Carolina, known
by the name of the Crown Tavern, lying on the main street,
with three lots adjoining, and the following improvements,
viz. A large commodious house, with four rooms below and
three above, one of which is made use of for a ball room, or
mason's lodge, a good kitchen, stable, dairy, smoke-house,
and a good tradesman's shop, lying on the main street. . .
