London, January 4. A theatrical academy is just established
at Paris, under the patronage of the French King. Preville,
who is the Garrick of the French theatre, as appointed to be
the direction of it, with a very considerable salary, and is
to instruct such pupils as shall be emulouts of acquiring
theatrical fame.
