London, August 14. On Monday last the Worshipful Company of
Ironmongers went up the river in their barge to Richmond,
and when they came opposite the Gardens, their Majesties,
with the youngest Prince, arrived there on their return from
the Review; upon which the men were ordered to lie upon
their oars, and the musick to strike up. Their Majesties
waited in their carriage, opposite the barge, for above an
hour, to hear the musick, during which time several tunes
were played; . . . and the men lay upon their oars, while
the musick played several tunes. Afterwards the Princesses
came into the Gardens, and their Majesties and the Royal
Family stayed above half an hour to hear the musick. . .
