Dublin, Dec 3. Last Wednesday being the anniversary of the
birth-day of that worthy patriot, the Rev. Dr. Swift, Dean
of St. Patricks's, the same was observ'd with the utmost
expressions of joy and gratitude by all the people in and
about the liberties of St. Patrick, and in most parts of
this city and suburbs. The bells rang as usual on the most
solemn occasions, nineteen pattarerres fir'd several rounds,
four large bonfires were upon the steeple, and the windows
illuminated. . .
