At the request of several ladies and gentlemen, on Friday
the 19th instant, will be performed, at Mr. Thomas
Tinsley's, in Hanover town, a concert of instrumental music;
to consist of various instruments, by gentlemen of note, for
their own amusement. It is requested by the ladies, that
the company may be governed by a becoming silence and
decorum, during the performance. After the concert there
will be a ball, if agreeable to the company.
The music will begin precisely at 7 o'clock, before which
time it is requested that all persons will be provided with
tickets, as it will be inconvenient to receive money at the
door.
Tickets to be had, at a dollar each, of Mr. Thomas Tinsley
in Hanover-town, Mr. Lewis Jordan at Hanover court-house,
and of Francis Albertie.
