Jez Lowe
October 17 at 8:00 pm–10:00 pm BST
£12 – £30
We’re delighted to welcome the ever-wonderful Jez Lowe to the Live to Your Living Room stage as part of our autumn 2025 schedule.
A musician, author, and radio presenter, Jez’s music is steeped in tradition and heritage, combined with gentle humour and wordplay.
What to expect: A gig full of hearty acoustic music, influenced by the rich history of North East England.
Expect a selection of fantastic songs from Jez’s latest album, released in summer 2025, as well as lots of old favourites from the past four decades.
About the Artist
It’s fair to say that Jez Lowe is one of the UK’s busiest singer-songwriters, not only playing solo but with his backing band, The Bad Pennies.
Inspired by his upbringing in the North East of England and the decline of the coal-mining industry, Jez’s songs have been recorded by artists old and new, including Fairport Convention, The Dubliners, and The Unthanks.
As well as being a well-loved musician, Jez is also a published author and a regular presenter on BBC Radio Four’s Open Country.
“Jez Lowe is one of our finest songwriters.” – BBC Radio 2
About the Gig
This event will be held live on Zoom, with a remote sound engineer for high-quality sound. Our gigs allow interaction between artists and audiences, so the artist can hear you applaud and you can even have the chance to ask them any burning questions.
Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
