Tunes ‘N Stuff October Fiddle Intensive with Audrey Jaber
Join Audrey Jaber on Zoom for a NEW Fiddle Workshop Series!
Looking for an excuse to learn some new tunes and become a better fiddler?
This is the perfect time to focus on improving and learning new skills—all from the comfort of your home and in your favorite pajamas!
For the month of October, Audrey will be hosting a series of weekly 60-minute online workshops. Together, you’ll focus on a different contra tune each week and will explore what you can do with each tune, focusing on bowing and ornamentation … all while wiggling your butt while playing.
The workshop series has a focus on fiddles but all melody players are welcome!
On top of Zoom classes, attendees will also receive sheet music with suggested bowings, audio recordings of the tunes at different tempos plus backing tracks recorded by Jacob Chen, as well as access to the recordings of each class.
Dates: Tuesdays, October 7, 14, 21 & 28
Time: 4:00-5:00pm PT / 7:00-8:00pm ET
Cost: $80-$120, sliding scale
