Bruce Hamilton ECD Workshop in Central Virginia

You are invited to an English Country Dance workshop and social dance with nationally known caller and former CDSS president Bruce Hamilton.

Mr. Hamilton uses his broad experience in many dance forms and clear teaching style to craft innovative and thoughtful classes. He has become a popular weekend and dance camp teacher because his dancers always leave with a deeper enjoyment of the dance by becoming more mindful of the music, their fellow dancers, and the motion of their own bodies.

Lively music is once again being provided by Janet Muse and Mike Dunn, known for their recording of waltzes entitled ’Sunday in Greenwood.’

The Workshop is sponsored jointly by the Williamsburg Heritage Dancers and the Colonial Dance Club of Richmond, with support from Henrico County Parks and Rec. The afternoon workshop runs from 1:30-4:30 pm and the evening social dance from 6:30-9:30pm.
