Columbia Contra Dance at Arsenal Hill Park

Looking forward to the holidays, the December 13th dance will be preceded by a time to socialize around finger foods and sweets at 6pm, followed by a short review of contra dance basics for new and out-of-practice dancers starting at about 6:30pm. The first contra will be at 7pm. (The doors open at 5:45pm to allow setup for the social.)

If you are joining us for the pre-dance social, please bring some finger foods or sweets to share. Water and cups will be provided. 

Schedule:

• 5:45pm Doors open
• 6:00pm Socializing and potluck! Bring a dish to share.
• ~6:30pm Review of contra dance basics
• 7pm-10pm Contras

Give what you can. Suggested donation is $10 per dancer. If using Venmo to @contracola-sc, add 50 cents. No donation expected for kids 12 & under, and they must be supervised by a parent. 

Dress comfortably and please bring clean, soft-soled, non-marking shoes.
