Dover NH 2nd Friday New England Traditional Dance

A mix of contras, couple dances, triplets and square dances to live music. At least one “chestnut” is done each month.

No experience nor partner necessary. Dances are taught before the music and prompted while dancing. The experienced dancers are happy to help the new dancers because they are the future.

Although you may choose your role, the traditional terms ladies and gents will be used. Updated vaccinations are strongly encouraged; masks are welcome but not required.
