Burlington English Country Dance
English Country Dance
November 1 at 6:30 pm–9:00 pm EDT
$10 – $15- Newcomers welcome – come for the lesson at 6:30pm.
- Dancing to live music at 7pm: Joanne Garton (violin), Aaron Marcus (piano), Will Patton (mandolin).
- Teaching by Martha Kent and Val Medve.
- Masks are optional; COVID vaccine and boosters are highly recommended.
- Dances are taught and walked through, then prompted as you dance—all instruction is non-gendered.
- Best suited for teens and adults with the ability to walk briskly.
- Attend with or without a partner; we’ll change partners throughout the afternoon.
- Casual, comfortable clothing; shoes with low heels (flip flops and slides don’t work!)
- $10-$15 sliding scale.
