John Kelly & Friends

We’re delighted to welcome the powerhouse that is John Kelly to the Live to Your Living Room stage for an evening of passionate music, activism, and laughter.
John will be accompanied by his band, a group of talented musicians who are sure to make this a night to remember.
What to expect: John’s gigs can be summarised in one word: connection.
John creates community and a shared sense of togetherness through his music, which will make you smile from ear-to-ear, uplift you, and leave you wanting more.
About the artist
John Kelly is a singer-songwriter and activist, fighting for equality, inclusion, and human rights. Identifying strongly as a disabled person, John uses his bespoke guitar, the Kellycaster, when he plays live.
As well as firing crowds up at protests, John has collaborated with The Blockheads, sung at the 2012 Paralympics Opening Ceremony, and toured with the Extraordinary Bodies circus company.
John is a party, isn’t he? He knows how to hold the audience in the palm of his hands and get everyone cheering. He’s happiness, that man – Tom Besford, Manchester Folk Festival
About the gig
This event will be held live on Zoom, with a remote sound engineer for high-quality sound. Our gigs allow interaction between artists and audiences, so the artist can hear you applaud and you can even have the chance to ask them any burning questions.
Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
