Nancy Kerr & James Fagan

This is a hybrid gig, hosted in partnership with our friends at Foxlowe Arts Centre. The gig will be held in Leek, and tickets to watch it in person are available here.
We’re pleased to welcome two Live to your Living Room favourites for what will be an iconic performance – Nancy Kerr and James Fagan.
Celebrating three decades of music, this performance will be full of stunning vocals, stellar instrumentation, and joyous, poetic lyrics.
What to expect: We’ve hosted Nancy and James several times at Live to your Living Room (three times in 2025 with Kerr Fagan van Eyken, Simpson Cutting Kerr, and Melrose Quartet), so we know this is going to be a simply fantastic show!
This duo give it their all on stage every single time, and this performance will be a masterclass in outstanding musicianship.
About the artists
Partners in music (as well as in life!) Nancy Kerr and James Fagan are two of the most-loved leading lights on the folk scene.
Double winners of the Best Duo at the Radio 2 Folk Awards, Nancy and James are also known for their work as half of Melrose Quartet.
Nancy has performed with Simpson Cutting Kerr, The Magpie Arc, and as a duo with Eliza Carthy. James started his career with family band The Fagans, and has performed as part of The James Brothers as well as the Cara Dillon Band.
The telepathic and sympathetic interplay of Kerr and Fagan never fails to amaze – Pay the Reckoning
All of our events are available to watch back for 72 hours. A link will be sent automatically to all ticket holders after the event has taken place and the recording has been uploaded.
About the gig
This event will be held live on Zoom, with a remote sound engineer for high-quality sound. Our gigs allow interaction between artists and audiences, so the artist can hear you applaud and you can even have the chance to ask them any burning questions.
Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
