Rory Makem, son of legendary Irish folk traditionalist/revivalist Tommy Makem (of the Clancy Brothers), makes rare solo appearance for the Folk Music Society of New York, performing traditional and contemporary Irish music on vocals, guitar, banjo, mandolin and bouzouki, April 19, 2024, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 81 Christopher Street, Manhattan.
