We’re thrilled to welcome Tamesas to the Live to Your Living room stage, who will be joining us for our autumn 2025 schedule of music.
Well-known and loved across the London folk scene, Tamesas plays exquisite folk from all over the UK and beyond.
What to expect: A seamlessly executed blend of traditional and modern folk with Celtic influences, powerful vocal harmonies, and never-before-seen arrangements.
Tamesas has spent years mastering their craft, and it shows in their music.
Tamesas is a London-based female folk trio. While Tamesas is the Brythonic Celtic word for Thames, the group carries a wealth of musical experience, from Somerset to Orkney and everywhere in between.
The group consists of Emmie Ward (flute and tenor uke), Kate Jones (fiddle), and Aimée Leonard (bodhran). All three grew up immersed in the rich folk tradition, playing instruments from a young age.
This event will be held live on Zoom, with a remote sound engineer for high-quality sound. Our gigs allow interaction between artists and audiences, so the artist can hear you applaud and you can even have the chance to ask them any burning questions.
Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
