Three Acres and a Cow
February 5 at 7:00 pm–9:00 pm GMT
£12 – £30![Live to Your Living Room](https://cdss.org/wp-content/uploads/events/Live-to-Your-Living-Room.png)
Three Acres and a Cow is a history of land rights and protest in folk song and story. Our show is a-moo-sing and connects the Norman Conquest and Peasants’ Revolt with current issues like the housing crisis, reparations, climate breakdown and food sovereignty via the Enclosures, English Civil War and Industrial Revolution, drawing a compelling narrative through the radical people’s history of England in folk song, stories and poem.
Part TED talk, part history lecture, part folk club sing-along, part storytelling session… Come and share in these tales as they have been shared for generations.
Show with feature Robin Grey, Katherine Hallewell, Tim Ralphs and Rachel Rose Reid. Downloadable pdf songbook available in advance so you can join in at home!
About the Gig

Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
