The Whitewater Whirl returns for its 17th year in West Virginia’s New River Gorge area. Gaye Fifer and Janine Smith call to the tunes of Hot Coffee Breakdown: Tom Cunningham (fiddle), Luis de Leon (percussion/harmonica), Kate Sanders (keyboard)—and Brazenkeys, with Tadhg Ó Meachair (all-Ireland champion on accordion), Joanna Hyde (fiddle), and Eric Schedler (piano).
