The CDSS News is delivered three times a year to approximately 2,000 households in print and 9,000 people electronically. Ad reservations for 2026 issues will be available in early January.

Making a Reservation
Email [email protected] to reserve an ad. Please include:
- your name
- your group name (if applicable)
- issue(s) for your ad
- ad size
You don’t need to have your ad art or payment ready when you make a reservation.

Submitting Your Art
Email your art file (as an attachment) to [email protected].
Please size your art to the dimensions below. A PDF is best, but a high-resolution image file also usually works. Please don’t include crop/trim marks or bleeds. All pages of the News are in full color, so feel free to make your ad colorful if you’d like.

Paying for Your Ad
Payment for your ad is due when you submit the artwork (or as close to then as possible).

Full year discount: 10% off total price for reservations of all three 2026 issues. Please let us know if your ad art will be different in the second and/or third issues.

Member and affiliate discounts: the member price is available to all individual and household CDSS Members. The affiliate price is available to anyone placing an ad on behalf of a current CDSS Affiliate group.
